What you get

Two free 2D movie tickets as your birthday reward - once your GSC Rewards membership reaches Gold tier, which requires RM250+ in annual spending. Platinum members (RM1,000+) get their two birthday tickets valid across all halls including Aurum and Velvet, plus six RM5 concession vouchers, a complimentary pasta and F&B discounts.

Membership itself is free for life: every RM1 spent earns 5 GSCoins, redeemable against free tickets from as low as 800 GSCoins (senior/OKU/children tickets) or 2,000 for a standard pass.

Quick decision

If you already watch a handful of movies a year at GSC, the Gold threshold arrives on its own and the birthday pair is pure bonus. If you rarely visit, do not manufacture spend - but note GSCoin redemption alone can still fund an occasional ticket.

3. Cross RM250 annual spend to lock Gold.
4. Watch for your birthday reward in-app during your birthday month.
5. Redeem the 2D tickets for any standard session.

What usually goes wrong

• Buying without logging in - unlinked purchases earn nothing; scan first.
• Assuming base members get birthday tickets - the birthday pair is tier-gated; base membership earns GSCoins only.
• Letting GSCoins lapse - 180 days of no transactions forfeit your balance.
• Special screenings - free tickets exclude special events and film festival sessions.
