Requirements at a glance

• Visit any outlet during your birthday month
• Present proof of birth date (NRIC accepted)

How to claim

1. Register as a member before your birthday month on the official membership page.
2. During your birthday month, walk in and tell the cashier FIRST that you are redeeming your birthday treat.
3. Choose your classic flavour, cup or cone.
4. Present your NRIC as proof of birth date.
5. Let the STAFF press the redemption button - pressing it yourself can forfeit the reward.
6. Enjoy; come back next year and repeat.

What usually goes wrong

• Pressing the redeem button yourself - the number-one reported fail; the reward voids if you tap before staff do.
• Registering too late - membership must exist before your birthday month for the reward to appear.
• Premium/limited flavours - the freebie covers classic flavours only; richer special-series scoops are excluded.
• Assuming it is date-only - the whole month works, so no need to rush on the day itself.
