How to Claim

Confirm your date of birth is set: Me → Account Settings → Personal Information
Check your tier: Me → tap your tier tag. Must be Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
3 days before your birthday month, open Voucher Wallet (Me → Voucher Wallet)
Find the birthday voucher and note its value and expiry date
Apply the voucher at checkout before it expires (30 days from issue date)

Requirements & Notes

Shopee Rewards Silver tier or above (10 orders + RM500 spend in a bi-annual cycle). Birthday must be set in your Shopee profile under Account Settings.
