Birthday Voucher (Silver Tier and Above)
Shopee Rewards preloads a birthday voucher into your wallet 3 days before your birthday date (Silver tier and above), valid 30 days after receipt.

Before you claim
Current claim conditions that matter most on this merchant path.
- Confirm your date of birth is set: Me → Account Settings → Personal Information
- Check your tier: Me → tap your tier tag. Must be Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
- 3 days before your birthday month, open Voucher Wallet (Me → Voucher Wallet)
- Find the birthday voucher and note its value and expiry date
- Apply the voucher at checkout before it expires (30 days from issue date)
