Requirements at a glance

• Registered Boost App wallet user
• Premium Wallet status before the 19th of the month, at least one month prior to your birthday month - plan ahead, this deadline is strict
• Opened/accessed the Boost Wallet at least once in the previous month
• Selection of eligible users is at Boost’s sole discretion; rewards are first come, first served while stocks last

How to claim

1. Confirm Premium Wallet status well before your birthday month.
2. Keep using the app - at least one wallet access in the preceding month.
3. In your birthday month, watch your email for the unique promo code.
4. Redeem the code in the Boost app to receive your Birthday Stars.
5. Browse the Birthday Catalogue and redeem vouchers while stock lasts.

What usually goes wrong

• Missing the 19th-of-the-month cutoff - Premium Wallet upgrades after that date disqualify the following birthday month.
• Ignoring the email - there is no automatic credit; the promo code arrives by email and must be redeemed manually.
• Late-year birthdays - catalogue stock depletes on a first-come basis, so redeem the code as soon as it lands.
• Expecting cash - Stars feed the BoostUP catalogue; they are not withdrawable money.
