How to claim

1. Download the My7E app and create a free account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile settings
3. During your birthday week, visit any 7-Eleven Malaysia outlet
4. Make a purchase of at least RM20 in a single transaction
5. Scan your My7E app at the counter — the free Slurpee voucher and bonus points should be credited to your account
6. Redeem the free Slurpee voucher at the Slurpee machine before you leave

What usually goes wrong

• Spend below RM20 — the minimum spend must be met in a single receipt; splitting into two transactions does not count
• Claiming outside the birthday week — the reward is valid for 1 week from your birthday date only, not for the whole month
• App not scanned at checkout — the reward only triggers if the cashier scans your My7E app barcode during the transaction
• Profile birthday not set — no DOB in profile means no reward; add it before your birthday week
