JomDeals is a directory and content site covering birthday deals, claim guides, and merchant references in Malaysia.

It is not a marketplace, payment processor, booking engine, voucher issuer, or merchant representative unless a specific page clearly says otherwise.

JomDeals tries to make listings useful by linking to official sources, showing verification dates, and adding practical claim notes. Even so, merchants can change campaigns without notice.

Any verification date shown on a page only means the page was checked on that date. It is not a promise that the merchant still honors the exact same terms when you view the page later.

You should confirm the final terms with the merchant before visiting, purchasing, or attempting redemption.

When you click to a merchant or official source, you are leaving JomDeals and dealing directly with that third party.

Any questions about eligibility, stock, outlet participation, staff handling, app flow, or redemption disputes belong with the merchant, not with JomDeals.

Merchants, agencies, and brand representatives may submit deal information or corrections. Submission does not guarantee publication.

JomDeals may edit, decline, remove, or rewrite submitted material to fit the site's format, trust standards, and editorial goals.

To the extent permitted by law, JomDeals is not liable for failed redemptions, wasted trips, expired offers, wrong merchant behavior, broken third-party sites, or losses that arise from relying on changed campaign terms.

If you choose to act on a listing, the final transaction or visit is still your own decision and the merchant's responsibility.

The JomDeals site design, original copy, data arrangement, and branding belong to JomDeals unless otherwise stated.

Merchant names, logos, and campaign materials may belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification, commentary, or source-linking purposes.
