Requirements at a glance

• Vibe Club membership required (register via the Boost Juice MY app or an in-store Vibe card)
• Must have at least 1 Vibe point in your account at the time of redemption
• Must present your NRIC or passport at the counter as proof of birth date — staff will check it

How to claim

1. Download the Boost Juice Malaysia app and register a free Vibe Club account — or pick up a Vibe card at any outlet and register it online
2. Make sure your birthday is saved in your Vibe profile and that you have at least 1 Vibe point accumulated
3. Visit any Boost Juice Malaysia outlet during your 29-day birthday window (14 days before to 14 days after your birthday)
4. Tell the staff you want to redeem your birthday drink
5. Show your NRIC or passport — they will verify your birth date before applying the reward

What usually goes wrong

• No Vibe points — zero points means no birthday reward, even if you are registered. Buy at least one drink beforehand
• No NRIC on you — staff are required to check a physical ID; a screenshot or phone photo may not be accepted at all outlets
• Claiming outside the 29-day window — the reward is only valid from 14 days before to 14 days after; outside that range it will not apply
• Delivery orders — this is in-store only; online and delivery orders do not qualify
