How to claim

1. Download the Chatime Malaysia app and register a free account (or register your Thirstea Card online)
2. Add your date of birth in your profile settings
3. During your birthday month, check the “Rewards” or “Vouchers” section of your app — your birthday drink voucher should appear automatically
4. Visit any participating Chatime outlet, place your order, and apply the birthday voucher at checkout

What usually goes wrong

• No birthday in profile — the voucher only appears if your DOB is registered; add it now before your birthday month
• Checking the wrong section — look specifically in “Rewards” or “Vouchers” inside the app; it may not be visible on the main screen
• Outlet not participating — most Chatime outlets participate, but kiosk locations inside some supermarkets or transport hubs may not; check with the outlet before ordering
