What you get

1 free slice of cake when you purchase any handcrafted drink during your birthday month. The voucher is auto-credited at the start of your birthday month and valid for the entire month. One birthday privilege per year.

Requirements at a glance

• MyCBTL app required (free membership)
• Date of birth must be added to your profile before your birthday month begins — adding it during the month does not qualify for that year
• Must purchase a handcrafted drink to redeem the cake
• In-cafe redemption only (no delivery)
• One birthday reward per account per year

How to claim

1. Download the MyCBTL app and register a free account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile — do this well before your birthday month starts
3. On the first day of your birthday month, your birthday cake voucher will appear automatically in “My Vouchers”
4. Visit any Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Malaysia café
5. Order any handcrafted beverage, show the voucher in the app, and collect your free cake slice

What usually goes wrong

• DOB added during birthday month — the system only credits the voucher to accounts where the birthday was registered before the month started
• No handcrafted drink — the cake is tied to a handcrafted beverage purchase; bottled/canned items do not count
• Delivery order — the birthday cake is in-cafe only; delivery platforms do not support this redemption
• Voucher not visible — check “My Vouchers” inside the app; sometimes it takes a few hours on Day 1 to appear
