How to claim

3. Show your MyKad — they will verify your birth month

What usually goes wrong

• Wrong outlet — airport Dunkin’ locations and PICC are excluded; if you are at KLIA, klia2, or PICC, the offer does not apply
• No MyKad — you need the physical IC or a valid ID showing your date of birth; driving licence alone may not be accepted at all outlets
• Claiming outside your birth month — the free donut is valid only during the calendar month of your birthday, not just on the day
