How to claim

1. Download the MY FamilyMart app and create a free account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile settings
3. During your birthday month, open the app and find your birthday Sofuto voucher in “My Rewards” or “Coupons”
4. Visit any FamilyMart Malaysia outlet, go to the Sofuto machine, and show the in-app voucher to the cashier before or during the transaction

What usually goes wrong

• No birthday in profile — the voucher only appears if your DOB is saved in your account; add it now before your birthday month
• Trying to use it without the app open — the cashier needs to scan or verify the in-app voucher; have your phone ready and the app open
• Voucher not visible — check both “My Rewards” and “Coupons” tabs; it may not be on the home screen
