How to claim

1. Download the Marrybrown MB App (iOS or Android)
2. Sign up for a free account and add your date of birth in your profile
3. During your birthday month, open the app and navigate to Vouchers or Rewards
4. Find the 50% off Lucky Plate Combo birthday voucher
5. Show the voucher barcode at the cashier before ordering

What usually goes wrong

• Outlet exclusions — the deal does not work at airports, Genting, JPO, or Sunway Lagoon; check in the app whether your outlet is participating
• Birthday not saved — if you didn’t add your birthday before the month started, the voucher may not appear; update your profile now for next year
• Already used — one redemption only per birthday month; once redeemed the voucher disappears
