How to claim

1. Download the Nando’s Malaysia app and create a free PERi-Perks account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile settings
3. On Day 1 of your birthday month, open the app — your birthday treat voucher will appear in your rewards
4. Visit any Nando’s Malaysia outlet during your birthday month
5. Tell your server you want to redeem your birthday treat — show the voucher in the app and they will apply it to your order

What usually goes wrong

• No birthday in profile — the treat is only credited if your DOB is saved; add it before your birthday month
• Waiting too long — the treat expires at the end of your birthday month; do not assume it carries over
• Expecting the chicken reward — the birthday treat is separate from the PERi-Perks chilli-based chicken reward; it is a specific birthday item (e.g. drink), not a half chicken
• Item varies — check the app at the start of your birthday month to see the current birthday treat item; it can change
