Requirements at a glance

• Tealive Malaysia app required (free membership on registration)
• Must register before your birthday month starts — members who register within their birth month will receive the birthday voucher the following year
• Redeemable at all Tealive and Tealive Plus outlets nationwide except: klia2, KidZania, Cold Storage, MaxValu, and Aeon Delica outlets
• One redemption per account per year

How to claim

1. Download the Tealive Malaysia app and register a free account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile — do this before your birthday month begins
3. On Day 1 of your birthday month, check your app — the B1F1 voucher will appear automatically
4. Visit any participating Tealive outlet, order two drinks, and apply the voucher in the app at checkout

What usually goes wrong

• Registered during birthday month — the voucher will not appear this year; it credits from next year
• Outlet exclusions — if you’re at klia2, KidZania, or grocery store Tealive kiosks (Cold Storage, MaxValu, Aeon Delica), the voucher cannot be used there
• Voucher expired — the B1F1 is valid only for the calendar month it was issued; it does not carry over
• Profile birthday not set — no birthday in your profile means no voucher; add it now if you haven’t
