How to claim

1. Download the ZUS Coffee app and create a free account
2. Add your date of birth in your profile settings
3. On your birthday, open the app — your B1F1 voucher should appear in your rewards section
4. Place a pickup order via the app, add two items to your cart, and apply the B1F1 voucher at checkout
5. Collect your order at the counter

What usually goes wrong

• Ordering via delivery — the B1F1 is for pickup orders placed in the app; delivery orders may not be eligible
• No birthday in profile — the voucher only appears if your date of birth is saved in your ZUS account
• Voucher not appearing — check the “Rewards” tab, not just the homepage; sometimes it takes a few hours after your birthday to appear
• Expired window — the voucher is only valid for 30 days from your birthday; claim it within that window
